Commencing activity in 2000, our plant covers a surface area of 4,000 m2, equipped with the latest technology. The flexibility of the production process allows us to adapt our capacity to product characteristics and to market requirements, being able to process from 100 to 300 MT of raw mussel per day.

Once the mussel accesses the plant, it is washed, shelled, debyssed, cooked, selected, ultrafrozen (IQF), graded according to size, packed and palletized in a fully automatic continuous process that takes only 20 minutes.

The end-product is then conveyed to our coldstores, at a temperature of -18º Celsius. Our frozen product capacity is 65,000 m³.
