The over 250 hectares of sea managed by Cultivos Toralla, S.A. are being exploited using the “long-line” farming system to obtain harvests of as much as 12 thousand tonnes of mussel per year.
Our personnel daily monitors the evolution and growth of mussel in our culture centre, from seeding to harvesting, in order to guarantee compliance with all the quality standards.
Also, the Chilean sanitary authorities (Sernapesca) regularly monitor the state of the waters, guaranteeing the health conditions of the extracted product.
